By accessing or using the SG Business Mart website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

SG Business Mart acts solely as a venue to connect buyers and sellers of businesses. We are not a broker or financial advisor.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You distinguish yourself as either a "Buyer" or a "Seller" upon registration.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to disable any user account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

3. Listings and User Conduct

Sellers may post listings for businesses they have the authority to sell. By posting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
• You have all necessary rights and licenses to sell the business described.
• The listing does not contain illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without refund.

4. Fees and Payments

SG Business Mart operates on a pay-per-listing model.

• Listing Fees: Fees for posting a listing and purchasing optional add-ons (e.g., Featured status) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered (i.e., the listing is published).
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment credentials.
• Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

SG Business Mart provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the financial capability of buyers.
• We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Business Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
